Acceptance tests of protective devices (apron, thyroid, glove, gonad, etc) and lead equivalent measurement of any material are performed at the x-ray calibration, detection and measurement laboratory. These measurements are performed in accordance with TS-EN 61331-1 standard. In the test report, given attenuation properties are attenuation ratio, build up factor and attenuation or lead equivalent.

- X-ray tube and generator (40-150 keV)
- Voltage divider (Dynalyzer)
- Oscilloscope
- PTW reference ion chamber (30 cc)
- Copper filters
